What is a move-out clean?

A move-out clean is a thorough cleaning of a vacant property. We clean inside appliances, detail bathrooms, baseboards, and all surfaces to prep the property for turnover to a new tenant or new homeowner

What is the difference between a move-out clean and a regular cleaning?

Move out cleaning is more intensive and assumes the property is empty. We clean areas typically skipped in regular cleaning -- inside ovens, refrigerators, cabinets, and appointment of kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas

Does a property need to be empty?

For best results, YES.

What's included in the free 10-point inspection?

During every cleaning, we inspect blinds, paint, carpets, safety items, fixtures, curb appeal needs, garage condition, etc. A report is provided after cleanings.

What are your cleaning tiers?

Three base cleaning tiers are provided to kick services off. The tiers are primarily based off the size of the property, but condition works in as well.

What's NOT included in a standard move-out clean?

Repairs, painting, carpet shampooing, grout restoration, blind cleaning / repair / replacement, pressure washing, and major stain removal. These -- and more -- are available as add-on services after the initial cleaning has been completed. See the SERVICES page for more information.

What is ULTRASONIC cleaning?

We have a very large format ultrasonic cleaning machine. This removes years of embedded grease, smoke, dust, and grime that regular dusting and cleaning cannot touch. It can clean almost anything, but it is especially good at cleaning window blinds, which are next-to-impossible things to clean in a home.

What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve Colorado Springs, Monument, and Black Forest, but we can extend from Pueblo to Denver for larger projects.

How does billing work?

Wave 1 billing covers your selected cleaning plus any add-ons that are chosen up front. Wave 2 billing addresses additional items from the inspection report that are approved after the initial cleaning. You're never obligated to do a Wave 2 round. It's entirely your choice.

Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not happy with any aspect of our service, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any legitimate concerns at no additional charge.
